This workshop is for people who are curious about meditation, but didn't find their way into it yet. I will demystify meditation and explain how it generally works. I will talk about how simple Buddhist ideas can be applied in your (secular) daily life to make you dwell less often in e.g. anger or sadness. For the most part we will do a breathing exercise that will hopefully calm your mind quickly and give you a direct experience of what I talked about before.
